Arrival of the District Apostle and entourage at Chipata Airport


Apostle Noah Kandisha who has cared for Chipata District for 18 Years was retired on 07 March 2010 by Chief Apostle Wilhelm Leber in Nairobi, Kenya. In his stead, hitherto District Evangelist Kububa Soko was ordained apostle during the same service. And on 14 March 2010, District Apostle Charles Ndandula, accompanied by Apostles Michael Milupi, Akombaetwa Samalama and Stanley Munsaka travelled to Chipata to introduce the new Apostle. The service was attended by 2,319 members and the District Apostle read a text word from James 4:8:

 

“Draw near to God and He will draw near to you; cleanse your hands and purify your hearts.”

 

Apostle Soko was born on 04 April, 1969 in Njombwa Village in Eastern Province. He received his first ministry of Priest in April 2002 in Chipata. In 2007 he was ordained Shepherd in Kaoma and in the same year, he was ordained District Evangelist by District Apostle Charles S Ndandula. He is currently working for United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR) as Refugees Officer at Meheba Refuge Settlement in Solwezi. He is married to Elizabeth Ngulube and they are blessed with 2 daughters.
