On 7 August, 2009, District Apostle Charles Ndandula, accompanied by Apostles Ignatius Luneta of Senanga – Western Province, Jan Welman of Harare, Zimbabwe and Bishop Daniel Mulemba of Bulawayo travelled to the tourist town of Livingstone.

Apostles Remmy Muyenga and Terry Nyambe were at hand to receive the visitors on Friday evening and later hosted an evening fellowship for the District Apostle and his entourage at Musi-o-tunya Church.

Saturday morning, the District Apostle conducted a divine service in Dambwa North Congregation and read a text word from Luke 2:37:

“Who did not depart from the temple, but served God with fasting and prayers night and day.”

He then conducted another service on Sunday morning, in Libuyu Church, where the District Apostle read a text word from Ezekiel 36:26”

“I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a new heart of flesh.”

The District Apostle urged the members to have a heart of flesh which recognises God and His works, as the heart of stone is not fully active to the Lord’s word and works.

During the service, two couples received their silver marriage blessings: District Evangelist Downsent Chiwaya and his wife, Judith and Shepherd Broderick Mukelabai and his wife, Mary.

After the service, the District Apostle visited some church buildings which are under construction and drove about 35 kilometres to inspect a piece of land by the  Zambezi River bought by the church for investment.
