Apostle Terry Nyambe put to rest

On the Tuesday  evening of December 1, 2009, Zambia lost one of its diligent  Apostles.

Apostle Terry Simioti Nyambe of Livingstone died at the University Teaching Hospital  (UTH) in Lusaka and was buried on Saturday December 5, 2009 in Livingstone.

Apostle Nyambe who was born in Kalabo in Western Province on 13 February, 1947, was sealed in 1972 by Apostle J. Naude. His first ministry was sub-deacon in 1976, then Priest in 1979 and he was ordained into several other ministries before he received the apostle ministry. He was ordained Apostle on 20 September, 1992 by Chief Apostle Fehr in Lubumbashi DRC (then Zaire). He married his wife, Dinah on 24 April, 1975 and they were blessed with 6 children (5 sons and 1 daughter) and 3 grandchildren.

Accompanied by 6 Apostles, the District Apostle, who conducted the funeral service in  Mosi-o-tunya Church,  said  the death of the late Apostle was a big blow not only to his family but the church as well. He described him as a diligent and reliable servant in the work of God.

To comfort the 4,500 mourners who attended the service, the District  Apostle read a text word  from Psalms 40:10-11
