SISTERS DONATE TO CHILANGA CLINIC

District Apostle Ndandula handing over the donation to the sister-in-charge at the clinic

The Sisters in Chilanga contributed much to the completion of the Chilanga Church building through their various fundraising ventures. There was much joy on 11 April, 2010 when the District Apostle Charles Ndandula dedicated the church.

The sisters in Chilanga also shared their joy with the community when they donated blankets, mattresses, bed sheets and cleaning detergents to the maternity wing of Chilanga clinic, worth Eight Million Kwacha (K 8,000,000).

After the dedication of the church, the District Apostle, accompanied by Apostles Michael Milupi, Stanley Munsaka and Richard Kasoma, presented the donation to the clinic which is only a few meters away from the Church.

Making the donation, the District Apostle said it was a pleasure for the church to share with the community whenever they could. He said he was aware of the challenges the medical staff were facing and that donation will assist to make their work pleasant and easier.

Director of Kafue Health Management Board, Doctor Lembalemba together with the District Commissioner of Kafue, Dr Ngoma expressed their gratitude to the church for the donation.

After the donation, the District Apostle and his entourage were taken on a conducted tour of the clinic.
