Two Churches Dedicated

Garden Church dedicated on 31 May 2009

In May and August, 2009, two church buildings were dedicated in Lusaka and Lukulu respectively.

On Pentecost day, District Apostle Charles Ndandula celebrated the festival service with the members of Garden Congregation in Lusaka. It was great joy for the members there as their newly built church was dedicated the same day.

The text word was read from 2 Corinthians 3 : 17:

Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.”

In August, the District Apostle covered about 600 kilometres to travel to Lukulu to dedicate yet a new church there. Lukulu Main congregation was dedicated on 23 August, 2009.

Accompanied by 7 apostles, the District Apostle Ndandula read a text word from 2 Chronicles 6 : 21:

"And may You hear the supplication, O Lord my God, and listen to the cry and prayer which Your servant is praying before You.”

The service was attended by 2,456 members. Some members had to walk long distances to attend the service.

While in Lukulu, the District Apostle took time to visit the village where he was born  and  also visited the grave of his mother who died in 1986.
