Distrcit Apostle Helper Visits Mungule On Sunday, 11 September 2011 District Apostle Helper Robert Nsamba travelled to the outskirts of Lusaka City in Mungule area along Great North Road and conducted a divine service at Mungule Congregation. District Apostle Helper read a text word from 1 Kings 22:5: '...also Jehoshaphat said to the king of Israel, “Please inquire for the word of the Lord today”.' During the service the District Apostle Helper urged members to inquire of God‘s will before doing anything in their lives. He said this can be only done through prayer. He told the members to preach peace and avoid criticizing, judging and condemning others. "Let us always preach about peace and be able to reconcile with others," He said. The service was attended by 781 members. After the service the sisters commonly known as "Luyando Sisters’’, youth and ministers' choirs rendered some songs during a concert. Later members of Mungule joyfully mingled with the District Apostle Helper during fellowship at Zambia Hope skills centre. The Luyando sisters continued singing throughout the fellowship. |
