THE PEACE OF GOD

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

It is a Joy that we can continue to share the word of God. This gives us strength, encouragement and blessings. And the blessings as we are aware, come out of the sacrifices, prayers and dedications you do in the house of the Lord.

May the peace of the Lord be with you all as we continue to work and wait for the Lord.  Beloved, every one of us wants to live with and in peace. There are two aspects of God of peace.

Firstly, we know that peace comes from God. Secondly, we know peace is the prerequisite for the presence of God hence we must create an enabling environment so that God of peace can dwell in us. We must have peace in our hearts and souls so that we allow the Lord to dwell in our hearts.

Allow me to mention some of the prerequisites:

FAITH - There must be faith in God, His work, in the Ministers as well as in our selves, as children of God.

LOVE - There must be Love for His work and for one another. Where there is Love, it is easy for the Lord to be present. After all GOD is LOVE.

HOPE - Hope that the Lord will be coming. Hope suffers when temptations and trials come our way, but our Hope must be alive. Let our hope not suffer despite the situation we are faced with because the Lord is coming.

PATIENCE - We must be patient and wait for the coming of the Lord. God has been patient with us many times because He wants us to change for the better.

These are some of the prerequisites that we need for us to have the peace of God.

Lastly, it is my desire that the God of peace Himself sanctify us absolutely so that we may be worthy and truthful in everything that we do in the House of the Lord. Bearing in mind that whatever we do should be done with Love.

May I thank you once again for the works and sacrifices you do in the House of God.

Hearty greetings of peace and Love,
