District Apostle Helper Arnold N. Mhango was born on 24 April 1957 at Mosiya Village in Mangochi, Malawi and is resident in Chigumula township, Limbe. He was ordained Apostle by the Chief Apostle Richard Fehr in Lilongwe, Malawi on 24 September 2000, and commissioned District Apostle Helper in Brussels, Belgium on 21 December 2003. His working area covers Malawi and Zimbabwe.

Malawi is sub divided into four apostle working areas as tabulated below with four apostles from the north to the south of the country and Zimbabwe has one apostle area. Each apostle area has a Bishop.
