Apostle Moses Muyatwa Mulopo (Dr.) was born on 5 May 1948 in Mongu, Western province of Zambia. He lives in Mongu.

In a special divine service conducted by the Chief Apostle Richard Fehr in Germany he was conferred with the Apostle ministry on 11 August, 1996. He was transferred from Namibia to Kalabo where he took over from retired Apostle Mukubesa in January 2005.

He is responsible for the Kalabo district and north west of Mongu. His district has a membership of 79,226 and 2,095 ministers with 500 congregations in 32 Elder districts.
