Apostle Aggrey Kafunya Singanda was born on 25 July 1955 and is resident in Kaoma, Western province. He was ordained Apostle by Chief Apostle Richard Fehr on 20 September 1992, in Lubumbasi, Democratic Republic of Congo. He helps the District Apostle Ndandula in Kaoma and Lukulu in the Western province as can be seen from the map.

The apostle's area is subdivided into 31 elder districts (including 7 in north east of Mongu), has membership of 90,620 in 463 congregations administered by 2,585 ministers.

He is assisted by Bishop Jonas Kamwengo who is resident in Lukulu. The Bishop was ordained in a festive divine service on 31 October 2010 at Lusaka Central Church by Chief Apostle Wilhelm Leber.
