Apostle Willie Rutherlain Sweta was born on 05 September 1947 and is resident in Lusaka. He was ordained apostle by Chief Apostle Richard Fehr on 10 August 2003, in Livingstone. He helps the District Apostle Ndandula in Kiwe, Chingola, Chililabombwe, Chambeshi and Kalulushi on the Copperbelt.

He is assisted by Bishops Steven Lishebo Lindunda who resides in Kitwe and Shadreck Mumba who lives in Chingola.

The apostle's area is subdivided into 26 Elder districts.
