Apostle Willie Rutherlain Sweta was born on 05 September 1947 and is resident in Lusaka. He was ordained apostle by Chief Apostle Richard Fehr on 10 August 2003, in Livingstone. He helps the District Apostle Ndandula in Kiwe and Luanshya on the Copperbelt as can be seen from the map.

He is assisted by Bishop Steven Lishebo Lindunda who resides in Luanshya.

The apostle's area is subdivided into 16 Elder districts, has membership of 51,771 with 331 congregations administered by 1,468 ministers.
