Apostle Aaron Sitali Katungu was born on 25 October 1951 in Chingola He lives in Ndola, on the Copperbelt.

He was ordained apostle on the occasion of the last visit of Chief Apostle Richard Fehr to Zambia in Lusaka on 13 March 2005 at which occasion the District Apostle Charles Ndandula (from whom he took over the Ndola-Mufulira district) was also ordained.

He is responsible for Ndola-Mufulira apostle area. The area comprises 14 elder districts.
