Apostle David Kapalu Seulu was born on 24 December 1945 and is resident in Chingola. He was ordained Apostle by Chief Apostle Hans Urwyler on 28 June 1987 in Lusaka. He helps the District Apostle Ndandula in Chingola and part of North-Western Province. The map shows his working area.

He is assisted by Bishops Shadreck Mumba who resides in Chingola, and Shem Samalela, resident in Solwezi.
